Shalom Green – Mr. Green is an Industrial Engineer by profession (Technion , 1973) and a certified ‘Johna’ at the Goldrat Institute (USA), with vast international business development experience. Mr. Green served for several years as V.P. for Manufacturing and International sales with Monster Cable Inc. (San Francisco, Ca., USA) and established and managed during the 1990’s the Israeli subsidiary “Monster Cable Products Israel Ltd.”.

Ran Sagiv – V.P. Operations
Ran Sagiv – Was one of the early team of Intel Israel. His experience spans over 30 years in a variety of technical and technical support roles in the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Eliaz Lavi – Board member
Mr. Lavi as a Sr. VP and General Mgr. was responsible for all R&D and Operational activities at Marvell’s Israel site which employed then (2011) ~1,200 employees and provided engineering solutions for 2 business units: Communication & Computing and Enterprise.
Mr. Lavi was appointed to consolidate Marvell’s 4 acquisitions done in Israel (Galileo Technology, Radlan Computer Communications, Intel’s Cellular Handheld division and Iamba Networks). The products developed under Mr. Lavi’s leadership contributed close to1$Billion/Year to Marvell with high profitability. His achievements recognized by CEO Forum and IMC in Israel awarded him the “General Manager Of The Year For 2011” title.
Mr. Lavi has over 40 years of experience in the electronics- semiconductor industry, including six years in a leading position as VP of Operations at Galileo Technology Ltd., before its acquisition by Marvell.
Prior to joining Galileo, Mr. Lavi spent twelve years at Intel Corporation, where he held several key technical and management positions related to product development, quality systems, test, and manufacturing. (Awarded with 1991 Intel Achievement Award).
At the present, Mr. Lavi provides consulting services to top executive in the industry.
Mr. Lavi holds Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
Israel Technology Institute (Technion), Haifa, Israel.
Mr. Alex Harel – Board member
Alex Harel holds a BA degree in Science and Economics and MA degree in Labor Studies. He served for 21 years in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) as a fighter navigator, squadron commander and other senior tasks (retired as Lieutenant Colonel). Alex Harel was one of the pioneers of TQM in the IAF, and he is involved in founding and managing several start-up companies in Israel and the USA. Alex founded EZPack Water and led it into developing new products in the green-energy area, water industry and others.
