Strategy and Business Model

The company has developed a multi-layered business strategy

  • Level 1 – approach cable and power cabinet manufacturers offering a technology transfer OEM agreement. These manufacturers will then promote the ELMF technology within their product offering to their customer communities.
  • Level 2 – approach major distributors and integrators in target markets to influence and encourage them to recognise the technological advantages and to create market awareness and demand for various products and applications.
  • Level 3 – approach establishments and the relevant NGOs in order to promote new standards and regulations. It is clear that the international standards are not strict enough due to a lack of an affordable/practical solution. The proof is in the ALARA policy that simply says “As Low As Reasonably Achievable”. With the ELMF new technology it is NOW achievable at reasonable costs.
